Overview:
This course is designed to familiarize staff with basic emergency preparedness standards. Participants will learn how to identify techniques to improve individual staff preparedness standards (i.e. communication trees, go-bags…etc); as well as understand Federal Emergency Management Systems such as the Incident Command System (ICS) and the National Incident Management System (NIMS). IS 100 equivalent. Continuing Education Credits are available.
